Get More Listeners Inbox Manager: Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 2026
GetMoreListeners.com (AT Publishing 2020 Ltd) provides the Inbox Manager, an automated email processing tool for podcast guesting outreach. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you connect your Gmail account.
Google User Data We Access: Our application requests the following Gmail API scopes:
gmail.readonly: We read email message body text, headers (sender email address, recipient email address, subject line, date/time), and metadata (read/unread status, thread IDs, message IDs) to classify incoming messages
gmail.compose: We create draft email replies in your Gmail drafts folder
gmail.modify: We apply labels (Yes/No/Maybe) to processed messages and modify message status
gmail.labels: We create and manage custom labels in your Gmail account
We do not access your contacts, calendar, Google Drive, attachments, or any other Google services beyond Gmail.
How We Use This Information: We use your Gmail data exclusively to classify incoming emails as Yes, No, or Maybe responses, generate contextual draft replies for your review, and apply labels to organize your inbox. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, market research, or any purpose unrelated to providing this service.
Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure: We do not sell your Google user data. We do not share your Google user data with third parties. We do not transfer your Google user data to other organizations. We do not disclose your Google user data except as required by law. Your data is only processed by our automated systems to provide the service you authorized.
Data Protection Mechanisms: All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. OAuth tokens are stored with encryption at rest in our secure database. Access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. Access tokens are automatically refreshed and expired tokens are invalidated. We do not store email content beyond real-time processing.
Data Retention and Deletion: OAuth tokens are retained until you revoke access or the token expires, then automatically deleted. Classification metadata (message IDs and labels applied) is retained for 90 days, then automatically purged. Email content is not stored, it is processed in real-time only and never retained. To delete your data, email [email protected] or revoke access via your Google Account. We will delete all associated data within 30 days of your request.
Limited Use Disclosure: Our use of information received from Gmail APIs adheres to Google's Limited Use Requirements, including: only using data to provide or improve user-facing features, not transferring data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, not using data for advertising or marketing purposes, and not allowing humans to read user data except with explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Revoking Access: Users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Upon revocation, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens and cease processing your emails.
Changes to This Policy: We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we handle Google user data, we will notify users via email before the changes take effect.
